NIL Money Agency Terms of Service – Brands

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website https://nilmoneyagency.com/ and related products and services, including any content or information provided as part of the Site or such related products, services, or websites (collectively with the Site, the “Services”), which are owned or operated by NIL Money Agency, a Division of AutoPLai, Inc., a Delaware Corporation (“NIL Money Agency,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms and the Privacy Policy carefully before you access the Services, as these Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and NIL Money Agency. NIL Money Agency provides an online platform for athletes (the “Athlete”) and their authorized agents to connect with companies (the “Sponsor”) seeking to engage athletes for sponsorship or promotional purposes in exchange for compensation payable to the Athlete.

2. Eligibility and Responsibility

To be eligible to use the Services, you represent and warrant that you:
(i) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence;
(ii) are not currently restricted from the Services;
(iii) will only maintain one account at any given time;
(iv) will only provide accurate information to NIL Money Agency;
(v) have full power and authority to enter into these Terms and doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party;
(vi) will not violate any rights of NIL Money Agency or a third party.

3. Personal Information Your Content; Your Account

3.1. Accuracy: You represent and warrant that all information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will promptly notify us in writing if your information changes.
3.2. Privacy: You agree that we may collect, disclose, store, and use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.3. Your Content: As between you and NIL Money Agency, you own the content you provide. By providing Content, you grant NIL Money Agency a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, non-exclusive, and transferable right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, modify, and display the Content. You retain all rights to the Content, except as otherwise provided herein.
3.4. Interactions with Other Users: You are solely responsible for all interactions with other users. NIL Money Agency is not responsible for the actions or content of other users.
3.5. Social Media Integration: If you choose to integrate social media accounts with the Services, your information may be shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the policies of the social media platforms.
3.6. Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for any activity occurring under your account.
