Who Is NIL Money Agency?
HERE'S HOW WE WORK
As NIL continues to grow and evolve many college athletes and brands are struggling to connect in a way that is compliant and mutually profitable. NIL Money Agency (NILMA) was created to bridge this gap.
Most Universities have resorted to the establishment and management of an NIL Collective which is an often complex and, by requirement, an independent organization. Collectives can create challenges and introduce legal headaches for both the school and the student-athlete.
NIL Collectives may also be viewed as interfering or interrupting a college or University’s normal alumni fundraising efforts. Collectives have their place in the current NIL environment but can not and do not serve or service the majority of NIL-eligible student-athletes. Collectives also force college and university faculty members to navigate sensitive and ever-changing NCAA and State regulations and compliance requirements.
Many NIL Collectives take the form of platforms that charge fees per deal and charge a commission. They also fail to offer student-athletes Deal Match Making (not only in the cities near their chosen school but also in their hometown).
With NILMA, Athletes pay ZERO commission, and gain immediate access to a vast network of potential NIL local business partners and brands. Our athletes also unleash their name, image and likeness monetization under a revenue share model on established platforms like MAXAllowance.com, CarsForSaleNear[cityname].com, and HomesForSaleNear[cityname].com.
For the institution and student-athlete NILMA eliminates the wait for a collective to build relationships. Instead we offer instant connection, communication, and potentially even pooled funding (depending on platform structure), freeing up the academic institution and student’s limited time and resources.
NILMA provides a platform that is affordable, easy to access and navigate from anywhere and creates connections while simultaneously tying every student-athlete to a “community financial literacy and security” cause perfectly aligned with college and University principles.
